Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept:

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Langley Dental Care 704-583-0966. We are happy to help clarify cost, treatment options, or invoices.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Payment options

  • Flexible Payment Plan: Most treatments and dental services are eligible. Pay a portion up front, and the rest over an agreed upon time period.
    • No interest flex plan: Pay in a short time frame and receive no interest charge.
    • Low interest flex plan: Pay off your bill over a longer period of time with low interest by using a third-party provider such as CareCredit (below).
  • Debit or Credit Card: Always accepted.
  • We do not accept checks.

Third-Party Credit option

CareCredit is a financing option available to you that can help pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Think of it like a lay-away plan for your smile! You may apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.

Please note: payment is due at the time of service.

Our patients are only responsible for their deductible and any portion of services not covered by insurance. Patient’s responsibilities are due at the time of treatment.

We will be happy to file your dental insurance claims for you. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

We offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients, and we are here to help! If you don’t see a solution that works for you, please call for more information about financing your oral health needs in our office.
